Ordering


What if I need to modify my order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at support@m-i-e-u-x.com. Once an order has been processed, we can not promise we will be able to modify your order.

When I place an item in the shopping cart, am I guaranteed to be able to purchase the product?

Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock as carted items are still available for other customers. Only once an item has been purchased, and an order confirmation email received, does it mean you have successfully purchased the product. 

An item I want is sold out, when will it become available again?

Our inventory is always updated electronically. If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. We always try to limit production to ensure our products are of the absolute highest quality. Therefore there is no guarantee we will restock the same product. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your protection and convenience, we accept PayPal, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and most trusted payment methods.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Please email us at support@m-i-e-u-x.com as soon as you receive your order and we will gladly sort out the problem for you.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?

You can stay updated with our latest releases by signing up for our newsletter or by following us on social media at the bottom of every page.

Shipping

Can you ship to my country?

We offer shipping to most countries, however, there are some countries we are simply unable to service due to political instability, logistics and economic considerations. For a list of countries that we ship to, please visit our page on shipping information by using this link.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3 business days, pending availability and payment verification. during seasonal sales, orders ship within 7 business days. For more information on our shipping policy, please visit our shipping page.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Will I have to pay sales tax?

Although we have never experienced customers having to pay tax, MIEUX is not responsible for any fees your local government may levy upon you.

Where does my order ship from?

Depending on stock availability, orders will either ship from our NA office in New York or our Asia office in Seoul.

Returns and Exchanges

Is it possible for me to return my order?

Certainly. We are so confident in the quality of our products, we offer a 30 day ironclad returns policy.

Fit and Sizing


How do I know what size will fit me best?

Every item has a corresponding size guide where you can view specific measurements. We also state the height of our models and what size they are wearing so you can better estimate your size with our provided measurements.

How do I care for the items that I purchased?
